Patricia Gutierrez, interned her senior year for a family friend, a realtor and discovered she had a passion for real estate. She immediately began her career in real estate following high school and in 2004 attained her real estate license. She found that she could be an influence among her community and continue to help others especially to help families find their dream homes. In 2014, she joined a successful agent and they became a dynamic team making families dreams come true in helping them find home ownership as well as making change in the local community such as with their annual Pumpkin patch vent held at St. Angela de Merci Catholic Church in Brea, California. The Pumpkin patch event is where they help raise funds for the local Boys and Girls club meanwhile providing free pumpkins and happy faces to children and their families. Although she prides herself in her work in real estate her main priority and accomplishments are her two boys, Donavon, 9 and Jayden, 5. As a single mom she strives to teach her sons with hard work, honesty, determination and as God as priority all is possible. She aspires to one day own her real estate company and continue to help others along the way. Her philosophy is God first; family second and career third and if you follow the recipe to life success and a fulfilled life are attainable.
